Meet Louise, the story behind Mystic Monkey.

For Louise, the journey into tarot and spiritual work was never simply about learning a set of card meanings and predicting what would happen next.

It became a way of exploring something much deeper: intuition, symbolism, energy and the questions people carry with them.

More than the cards

Louise has trained for more than five years with a renowned White Witch and has explored a range of spiritual practices, including energy work, Violet Flame work, healing, crystal ball and photo readings, as well as areas such as exorcism and demonology.

Those experiences are part of Louise’s personal spiritual journey. They have helped shape the way she approaches her work today, with curiosity, intuition and an understanding that every person arrives with their own story.

There is no fixed script

Some people arrive with one question that has been sitting in their mind for weeks. Others know that something feels unsettled but cannot quite put it into words.

Both are perfectly valid places to begin.

Louise works intuitively and often chooses between different tarot and oracle decks depending on the person and the nature of the reading. She does not believe that every reading should follow exactly the same path.

It’s not about predicting your future

Louise does not see a reading as handing someone a fixed version of their future.

Life is not that simple.

Instead, the cards can open a conversation about what is happening, the patterns around a situation, the emotions involved and the possibilities that may be worth considering.

Your choices still matter. A reading is not a guarantee, and it is not a replacement for your own judgement.

A different perspective
