About Louise

Behind Mystic Monkey is Louise, an intuitive tarot and oracle reader whose work has grown from a deep interest in intuition, symbolism, energy and the questions people carry with them.
For Louise, tarot was never simply about learning a list of card meanings or trying to predict exactly what will happen next. Over time, it became a way of exploring something deeper: the stories we tell ourselves, the patterns we find ourselves in, and the possibilities we may not have noticed.
The woman behind the cards
Louise has trained for more than five years with a renowned White Witch and has explored a range of spiritual practices, including energy work, Violet Flame work, healing, crystal ball and photo readings, as well as areas such as exorcism and demonology.
These experiences form part of Louise’s personal spiritual journey and have helped shape the intuitive approach she brings to her readings today.
There is no fixed script
Every person arrives with a different question, a different story and a different place in life. Louise does not believe every reading should look the same.
Sometimes you have a very clear question. Sometimes you simply know that something is on your mind and you would like to explore it. You do not need to arrive with everything worked out.
Tarot is guidance, not a guarantee
Louise does not see tarot as a glass ball or a way of predicting one fixed future. She uses the cards as part of a reflective and intuitive conversation, exploring what may be happening now, the patterns around a situation and the possibilities that may lie ahead.
Your choices still matter. A reading is not a set of instructions for your life, and it should never replace your own judgement.
A conversation, not a performance
Louise works intuitively and may use different tarot or oracle decks depending on the person and the nature of the reading. Her aim is to create a space where you can explore what is on your mind and look at it from another perspective.
A reading is not about having all the answers. Sometimes it is about seeing the question differently.
You do not need the perfect question. You just need something you would like to explore.
